$10 Fundraisers

One $10 sitting per family/household. There must be a child under 18 years of age in the sitting. The $10 must be paid via our online booking system. The $10 paid entitles you to a 15 minute professional family portrait session with 1 FREE digital file to be selected by you at the viewing day. If you fail to attend the viewing day for whatever reason the 1 FREE digital file is null and void and a $10 credit will be applied to a future purchase from this shoot. If you are unable to attend the viewing but wish to see your images, a $20 charge applies for the creation of a proof sheet which is emailed to you – this $20 is then credited against any purchase you make. Grandparents, Adult Couples, single adults are all welcome to attend a fundraiser but do not qualify for 1 free digital file. A $10 credit will be applied to a future purchase from this shoot.

To qualify for your 1 FREE digital file, you can’t have had a sitting with Jack’n’Jill in the last 6 months and there must be a child in your sitting.

How the donations work

10% of Sales - (applies to fundraisers that are not part of any other promotion) In order to qualify for 10% of sales, your sales need to amount to $2300 (inc GST) or more on the day (including lay-by deposits, excluding lay-by balances).

$1000 Fundraiser Promotion (special offer that can be put out at any time and applies to fundraisers booked within specified dates - if you are unsure if you booked on this promotion please call Karen on 021 575 761) In order to qualify for our $1000 fundraising promotion, you need to have at least 40 families photographed. The $10 sitting fee is to be made via our online booking system. At the viewing day, our photographer will take orders for digital files, prints and other products. If sales amount to $2300 (inc GST) or more on the day (including lay-by deposits, excluding lay-by balances), you’ll receive 10% commission on sales. Jack’n’Jill Portraits will make-up any difference between the sitting fees and commission to the value of $1000 assuming that you have met your obligations of 40+ families and a sales value of $2300. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

40 families @ $10 each = $400
$2300 total sales @ 10% = $230
Jack’n’Jill contribution = $370

Double your Dollars Promotion (special offer that can be put out at any time and applies to fundraisers booked within specified dates - if you are unsure if you booked on this promotion please call Karen on 021 575 761) The $10 sitting fee is to be made via our online booking system. At the viewing day, our photographer will take orders for digital files, prints and other products. You must have 40 families photographed on the day and sales at the viewing day must amount to $2300 (inc GST) (including lay-by deposits, excluding lay-by balances) to qualify for the offer. Subject to you meeting these criteria, we'll match $10 per family photographed.

45 families @ $10 each = $450
$2300 total sales @ 10% = $230
Jack’n’Jill contribution = $450
Total fundraising effort of $900

Scenario 2
45 families @ $10 each = $450
$4900 total sales @ 10% = $490
Jack’n’Jill contribution = $490
Total fundraising effort of $940

We will always pay the greater, either sales of $10 per family. Shoots will go ahead with a minimum of 30 families and our regular fundraising terms apply. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Cancellation Policy Once confirmed, we assign a photographer to your shoot. It is therefore vital that your shoot goes ahead. We request a minimum of 30 families for each shoot to be viable. If you fail to reach 30 families, we reserve the right to cancel at our discretion however we will discuss this with you. If you cancel the shoot without first discussing it with Jack’n’Jill Portraits, you may be liable for photographers lost income for that day.
