Annual Class Photos FAQ

Here are some of the questions we get asked most regularly about our Annual Class Photo shoots. If your question isn't answered here, please contact us.

Q – My child/children had their annual class photos taken –what happens next?

Your school/kindy/daycare will provide you with your unique log in details which can be entered here. You will be able to view all of the images taken and place your order online. If you need help with ordering online, please click here for further instructions.

Q – What’s included in the $75 bundle deal?

The $75 bundle includes one 8x10” individual photo, 1 multisheet  which contains one 5x7” photo, three 6x4” photos, one 3x5” photo, one 8x10” class photo and all the digital files taken of your child. Please note that the class photo is not included as a digital image due to privacy issues.

Q – What’s included in the $60 bundle deal?

This bundle is designed for siblings. The $60 bundle includes one 8x10” photo, 1 multisheet  which contains one 5x7” photo, three 6x4” photos, one 3x5” photo, and all the digital files taken of your child. Please note that no class photos are included in this package.

Q – Are sibling photos included with my child's individual photos?

No they are not. You will have been provided with a separate log in for each series of photos. We cannot combine sibling and individual photos in our bundle deals or digital images.

Q – When and where will I receive my photo orders?

After the cut-off date for your centre, any photos ordered will be printed and sent to your centre around 2-3 weeks later. The centre will then either send them home with your child or request for you to collect them. Please contact your centre in the first instance. If you have ordered online and paid for home delivery, they will be sent to the address you provided at the time of ordering via courier.

Q – How will I receive my digital images?

Once payment has been made online an instant link will be emailed to you. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU ENTER THE CORRECT EMAIL ADDRESS.

Q – My annual class photo order isn’t correct – what should I do?

Please call Karen on 021 575 761 stating your child’s name and centre and we can sort this for you.

Q – Do you keep photos taken in previous years?

Yes – All images will be online for at least 1 year so you can go on within this time and place orders. It will just cost a courier fee if you order photos from the lab. Digital files are free. After 1 year we archive all our images for several years. To place an order from our archive, a $20 handling fee is required in addition to your order.
